Both of my experiences with Mischler's Harley-Davidson were made awful for their lack of customer service skills. The parts department employee I talked to over the phone snapped at me for asking if they possibly had a specific part for my buell (made by Harley) before I had even asked him for the part itself. He had to rudely make clear to me that Harley no longer manufactures Buell parts (something I am well aware of because I own a buell) before it had even been made clear if they still had the part I needed. When I went in the next day to pick the parts up that they did have, I wasn't greeted at the door and I was not greeted by the employee working at the parts counter even though I waited patiently to be helped. There was absolutely no effort given to make my experience welcoming or pleasant, and after this experience I am confidently willing to say that I will never purchase a Harley-Davidson motorcycle again.

Top notch establishment! Owners n staff are very informative about their product. Over the top finding the cycle I wanted, Eric had it at the store within a day! I will continue returning to Mischler's Harley-Davidson, it has become my cycle comfort zone.
