Brought my daughter to be checked out and was put out in the hallway like a dog! No privacy at all! Right across from the nurses station. Not one time has a nurse stopped and talked to us! If this doesn’t show ya how close we are to them then idk what else does!

Came to get checked out and the doctors seemed very careless about my condition even though it was serious. Also the ER rooms are very dirty. It doesn’t feel so cold like it should feel at the hospital. But the floors are very dirty and I personally do not like that. There’s people on their sick beds in the hall like if the doctors  didn’t have enough room to put them in. But the front desk receptionist was nice.

I had the best care one could ask for. Everybody was professional and attentive. I recovered from my medical problem. God bless all of the staff that took care of me.

A nurse, when responding to a call because of excruciating pain, laughed at my girlfriend on her way out... Formal complaint will be filed!!! Nurse name is Diana.

I don't understand why no-free health care takes more than 2 hours put a doctor for a patient. This is not acceptable.  UPD: We waited over 3h here. Quite unhappy experience. So, I move to Memorial emergency. They done all preps without waiting. Doc came into the room in 20 min.  Conclusion: 1. Try to avoid St. Joseph. 2. Go to Memorial. I like to support quick help with my money.

Checked in at 6:25 on Friday October 21.  Notice that there were 2older ladies sitting there.  They called them back to register.  I felt sick to my stomach and made a mad dash for restroom.  Did not work very well.  While I was in there shaking and trying to clean up the mess!  Well fast forward to 9:20 pm.  They have treated and sent home several people who came in long after I did!! So I went up to desk and asked how much longer it was going to be?  Young guy says I can’t answer that I don’t have anything to do with scheduling.  I looked him dead in the eye and said I would rather go home and die than to sit here another 1/2 hour to an hour!!!  Worst service ever!!!  I don’t feel so bad about upchucking all over their bathroom!

Told me my child was dead and did not want to admit that there nurses are not smart enough to be working there and proceeded to tell me I am the problem and they will not do anything about the nurses that shouldn’t be working there

Rude "doctors" this lady came into the room and got angry because I couldn't hardly talk. Then leaves and says she may come back once I know how to act like I'm a child. I came here because I'm sick and get tested like this. No wonder they are the worst hospital around. Been here almost 2 hours and not one person came back in the room. Not one test had been performed. Wonder how many people they push around and actually died because the rude arrogance if these people that work here?

My wife went there for a cut on her head. We started in the emergency waiting room, then was moved to a conference room with three others that were being g treated for diseases.. Where the nurse then attempted to tend to her bleeding cut. No beds they said only chairs.  As we sat in this makeshift waiting room the nurse came around and checked us all right there. Found out why everyone else was there we were not going to see a Dr but only a P.A. Then we moved 10 feet behind a sheet curtain, no joke! This means privacy laws are not taken seriously here. Finally a nurse practitioner came in checked her out, we thought they were going to admit her,  finally they were taking us out of a third world emergency room, and into a room. As we walk to our room and pass two beds in the hallway. Were saved! So I thought! After explaining to the nurse that my wife needs strong pain medication to work. They applied a numbing gel twice, and she could still fill it. So she gave us a option more gel or shots, that she explained the needles would be more painful than the two STAPLES in the head, so she talked her into doing without the needles with the numbing medicine and stapled her head with out any pain medication. Then on top of that they would not give her anything for pain to go home with either. So after 5 hours she just wants to leave. NOW THE IMPORTANT THINGS one staple wasn't even in the vasinaty  of the cut thay had to pull it out. And the two Staples they managed to put into her head, were they stapled INSIDE the cut itself and stapled her hair to the cut. This was a third world experience for us. Our medical system has failed us all. But I bet you they will make sure payment issues are top of the line.  If you have a serious injury go somewhere else!!!!

Unprofessional. Rude. Extremely lacking in understanding and empathy. Truly an unfortunate display of patient care. This Trauma center is beyond atrocious. These facilities are supposed to help ease ones mind and provide relief. Not induce more anxiety and unease. You are a shameful depiction of healthcare. You should be ashamed of your quality of care.
