Story

Unity Medical & Surgical Hospital is a 29-bed inpatient/outpatient surgical hospital. UMSH is a physician owned, state-of-the-art hospital recently rated #1 and is the most recommended hospital in Michiana according to medicare.gov. Our patient focused team of highly trained specialists include orthopedic, ophthalmology, pain management, and spine surgery.

Our goal is to take that “big box” feel out of your healthcare needs and provide you with care that is intimate, personalized, and compassionate. Our staff, along with the treating physician, monitors a patient’s progress throughout the duration of the patient’s stay every day providing better care and efficient turn-around times.
