Affordable Pet Care in a Modern Facility

Mission Animal Hospital in the Midwest's first not for profit full service veterinary hospital. Mission is dedicated to meeting the need for affordable pet care in the Twin Cities, offering quality veterinary services at a reasonable price. Along with affordability, we strive for accessibility as well. We are available 7 days a week, offering appointments every day of the week and walk-ins every day. Our goal is to make sure we eliminate every barrier we can to allow you to see us and have your pet care needs addressed.

Whatever your pet needs, we are here to offer service and support. From vaccinations to surgery, throughout the life of your pet, we provide complete care for companion animals and resources that inform and assist their owners.

I highly recommend this Clinic to everyone! I was promptly seen at my appointed time. The veterinarian staff was kind, caring and compassionate. My dog received a thorough and high level of care. The clinical and on-site pharmacy charges for both preventive and prescribed medications were very reasonably priced.I have had many pets and vet clinics through out the years and l can honestly say this is an absolutely top notch veterinarian practice. I am committed to keeping this place for all my pet's care.

I have brought both my dogs and one of my cats to Mission. The first time was with my very sick 16 year old kitty. I had to have him put to sleep because he was just too sick. They were so kind and compassionate. I just had one of my dogs in this week. He was not eating and not behaving normally. Dr Allie explained all of my options as far as treating and diagnosing him very thoroughly, and even called the next day to see how he was doing! The vets and staff are the best! I highly recommend Mission!

The vet and technicians at Mission are very caring and give great care. I was very thankful for their prompt assistance when my female Dachshund was in labor and distressed. She pulled through her surgery and spay amazingly! Mission is affordable as well and that that makes them even more exceptional!!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Mission. They were recommended to me after my cat had suffered complications as a result of his previous vet, and I found myself in need of borderline emergency care on a Sunday afternoon. Not only was Mission open and available, but their staff treated me like an absolute priority, even though I was a walk-in client who had never visited them before. My cat remained calm and even loving with the whole staff, and they treated him like their own pet. The doctor was extremely diligent in explaining every tiny detail to me, as well as giving me very explicit care instructions and helping me create a long-term game plan for his treatment. I was sent home with tons of information and contact numbers just in case. I walked into their office feeling completely scared and overwhelmed, and left feeling beyond relieved and knowing my animals would be in good hands from now on. My cat also beat the odds and has thus far recovered much faster and more smoothly than even the doctors at Mission thought possible, and I know it is due to their quick responses and knowledge of what was best for him. I will never go to another hospital again, and would recommend Dr. Tara and her staff to anyone with any pet looking for loving, professional, and personal care. Thank you SO MUCH for all you do!

I can't express enough how appreciative I am for the care Mission gave to my Hershey dog at the end of his life. They were extremely compassionate, kind and patient with me and him. They make it affordable to care for your pet during hard financial times without skimping on service or professionalism. The ambience is welcoming and calm. I cannot recommend Mission Animal Hospital enough - whether you need a vet for your pet or are looking to donate to an animal-based nonprofit. I am so grateful I found them.
