I think the restaurant is still going through being consistent with recipes. I tried their ribs when it first opened and they were way too salty. A few weeks ago, they were great. Then last week I tried the black market fried chickens, briskets and sausages. Everything tasted great except the chickens which were very under seasoned. Like no taste at all. I tried the same dish at Baltimore Ave. branch a year ago and I was hooked. I was kind of disappointed Owings Mills brand didn't deliver. But I'll keep going back because it's a good restaurant overall. Just need some time for staff to know the recipes and be consistent with them.

We live in Owings Mills area and love this place. The food is delicious and the service is great! My husband is a retired Marine and love supporting their efforts to help our veterans. I give this place and the management 5 Stars!

This is a great restaurant chain. The food is always prepared perfectly. The company is extremely patriotic. The workers are very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent experience. Courteous Order taker and meal delivery staff. Food is awesome!!! Love that Mission BBQ has such strong military and public defenders support, morales, and values!!!

I got the lean brisket sandwich. Mostly, the meat was salty. The baked beans were good. The staff was very friendly & the place was clean. I wasn't excited about the food.
