This has been my credit union for the past 4 years, and I get nothing but great service from them.  Hands down better than any bank that I have been a part of in the past. Mission Federal Credit Union is all about it's members...they even paid for my groceries because of a misc. member drawing I won.  Seriously, it is all about the members.  LOVE them.

I've banked with other major banks in the past and none of them can touch  Mission Federal Credit Union.I recently i had my identity stolen, In the end , everything was sorted out and I've never felt more taken care of.The feeling of knowing your bank stands by you thru thick and thin is one of the best feelings you can have.

Have had an account here since I was 16. I am 45 now. Both my kids have accounts as well. Love them, and their customer care...however, when you send the kids to college out of state, or out of the area, or move out of the county...wave the atm fees. I had a kid in NY, and San Francisco and it is impossible to find coop ATM machines without a car. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
