I first went to Mission Peak Dental because I had a tooth that was bothering me and I also needed a cleaning very badly.  I hadn't been to the dentist in quite awhile and was very embarrassed.  I'm deathly afraid of going and just couldn't bring myself to go. Well my tooth needed attention so I had no choice.  Mission Peak Dental is BEST!  They were very patient with me and understood my fears.  I opted for sedation dentistry which was wonderful!  No side effects and even with a tooth extraction and deep cleaning--I had no pain!  Because of that great experience I went on to have more dental work done (my choice).  I ultimately had a bridge put in.  The bridge turned out beautiful and it was the best thing I had done!  I'm only sorry I didn't get it done sooner.  Thank you again Dr. Loisel and the wonderful staff.  I am no longer concerned about going to the Dentist and I'm sure my teeth will appreciate it!!

It only takes ONE time to make a huge mistake which will remain a red flag forever. How can anyone be so irresponsible to make an official appointment to get the crown work done when the crowns were not even ready? To make matter;s worse, when they call you in for an appointment they will make it extremely clear if cancelling the appointment make sure it is done one business day advance. I missed the entire day's of work, not getting paid looking forward to getting my new crowns fitted. Apparently going to the office before time, sitting for about 15 minutes, then having the receptionist call you to inform that the crowns are not in . How devastating is that to realize at the last second that the crowns are not in. I am totally appalled. Remember it only takes ONE error!!
