Started off ok with Dr KO and team for my daughters braces, maybe cause they get your contract and braces, then change the whole dynamic later. Now it’s horrible. No communication. Dr barely looks at her braces and leaves almost every time. Was told that her braces were coming off today 5/17 over a month ago, they say her appointment isn’t for another month. It she has the appointment card to prove it was today. she then signs papers to complete, assistants says “are you excited” then Dr comes and tells them to remove the braces, make impressions, then reinstalls the braces. What company removes the braces, just for impressions and then reinstalls them? In my last 2 experiences at other orthos, NONE. They remove, give a retainer and your done. This is how it’s pretty much been for the last 1.5 years, and you can’t do nothing about it cause your locked in with their braces and contract. Horrible experience and way over priced for the service you get. Don’t recommend.

I like Dr E he’s pretty decent, but also Agree with some posts about services they say you need that you really don’t.  The teeth cleaning is fast and not that great.  To do a deep clean like most dentists do they charge a lot more.  I do question how things are done here...

What can I say. Avoid this office! Their service is terrible, the employees are extremely bad at following through on something as simple as an email confirmation for an appointment. You make an appointment and have to wait more than 30 minutes or more to be seen. I will NEVER go back to this office. Avoid these people! High pressure sales and terrible service. I get better customer experience from the drive thru at McDonald's.

I cant believe how much this took advantage of my good insurance. Before I scheduled an appt I was told, "ok great your in network. At my appt the insurance billing coordinator came in and said you have good insurance and everything is covered, you just have your normal copay, which I paid at that time. I recieved an out of pocket bill from my insurance of $882.10. I called Tracy Smiles and was told well you saw an out of network provider. I told them no I was told 2 times that I was in network. My insurancr carrier provided me with a $390 check to give to Tracy and the outstanding balancr is my responsibility. I told the billing manager that was never suppose to happened. Theu also charged me an extra $72 just to say brush bruah twice a day. They took advantage my good insurance because they knew they will get more money. I only went in for a teeth cleaning. Than I ask why was I lied too in the first place. The billing manager said because our new providers is in the process of being transitioned into our network. He told me to come in and they will waved all other fees, which is a lie. He said for me to come to the dental office and endorse the check to them. I have been to this dental ofdice before. This was not my first time here, but that is my last visit. I knew something was up when I saw all new employees. Pay attention to your insurance claims. There billing a lot of things that they shouldn't

Our three year old daughter came in there and the dentist recommended two root canals and demanded we use general anesthesia. But we got a second opinion from the dentist at Bright Now and did she dental work only by using regular fillings and without general anesthesia. All of the other reviews are correct. High pressure sales for unneeded dental treatment.
