Wow! The library itself is a nice facility but the staff is so incompetent. The staff members have zero people skills and customer service does not exist. The policies at this library are so draconian. I'm not sure who the library director is but they should make some serious changes. We won't be going back to this library. We will stick to the ones in McAllen even though its a further drive.

Honestly the worst! Computers are the slowest ever not to mention their internet too. Assignments that should take me 1 hour to complete take me 3-4 hrs because of how slow these computers are. Every computer I use notifies me that it needs updating etc. Their MICROSOFT Apps  are 2010..... They need to update their computers and software.

My husband and I use to go almost every day. He was reading the news papers and i catching up with the family via emails.  They have made some changes with there computers but the wireless internet is not that great and the chairs need to be replaced. Uncomfortable to read for long period of time. The staff never hve a smile, must not like to work there. When the teenagers are in school it is nice, but it get noisy when school's out.  Best to go to McAllen library
