Clean, easy in, easy out.  Even if the parking lot is filled they have 2 other areas, the picnic area, where you park next to a picnic pavilion, and they have the nature trail area, which is a small loop.  The small loop has many parking spaces and 2 large spaces for motorhomes.

It's a highway public rest room. Let's get that out the way. Not sure what expectations generally are besides being clean and plenty of parking. This place gets an A+ in both.

Beyond that it's actually one of the most beautifully landscaped grounds I've ever seen at a rest stop. Plenty of shade trees, picnic tables and huge fields
 to walk your dog, walk yourself, or even squeeze in quick jog to get your circulation pumping.

The actual welcome center part with the free water and coffee was closed when we visited. So unfortunately we didn't get to experience that.

Nice welcome center. However, please be aware that the citizens of Mississippi have enacted strict, pro-Christian laws that restrict the rights of gay people traveling through the state. Please note that you can be legally turned away from restaurants, gas stations, medical facilities or any other business that doesn't want to serve you because of their sincerely held religious beliefs that it is okay to discriminate against certain groups of people. 
So, please be very careful if you are lesbian or gay when traveling to Mississippi. It is NOT a welcoming state to homosexuals. It is the exact opposite.

I enjoy that this stop has a Mississippi welcome sign like on the highway you can safely take pictures at. Not as nice as the Alabama Welcome center on the other state line side, but a clean nice stop.
