Architectural design of the terminal is not that much different from a Greyhound station.  The staff is completely unprofessional, sarcastic, and racist.  They don't take their job seriously and are as slow as the DMV when it comes to getting stuff done.  Infact, so slow that we missed our flight, despite arriving to airport two hours ahead of time.  Of course, they put the blame on us after they told us that they booked someone else's flight on our seats.

Update: [Minus One Star]
Be prepared for flight delays and no explanation as to why if you go through this airport.  All four times I've been through there they've delayed the flight at least an hour and a half or two.

Great airport.. Excellent staff.. Flew through airport last weekend and lost my driver's license during the security check, and they mailed it back to me. I just received my driver's license in mail and I am so happy with their service and efforts. Thanks a lot for this excellent service, I am really grateful for it!

Hardly ever a long line and the staff of all the airlines are super friendly.

Great small airport. Flew in (and out) on Alaska and as one reviewer put it, "a great introduction to Missoula". Smaller brick building, and definitely a blast to the past. Very friendly staff, from the TSA down to the one coffee stand inside. Quick in and out and made you feel the "welcome to our small town" from the flight to the instant I landed and onward.

The airport was a great intro to Missoula. It's a down-to-earth  place, that definitely wouldn't be considered fancy. When I think of a small town airport, it fit the picture in my mind exactly. The service was friendly and had no issues with car rental.
