They get there exactly on time, and I've had good drivers who are very nice. The only problem is that it is way overpriced.

Terrible!!! I accidently and honestly forgot to cancel my ride....(after over an hour wait) and when he called to tell me he was ready I told him we had found another ride...he then said ," thanks for wasting my time , f*** you" . I dont need to be sworn at over an 8 dollar ride. Thanks though.
