Open schedule. Will cancel appointments last minute. Staff did not say much. Office apparently charged the wrong copay amount and deleted the record of my payment.
I made an appointment here they had in their system that I have Medicade insurance but when I came to the appointment they refused to see me because they aren't taking new patients with my insurance so it was a big waste of time. Wouldn't suggest this place.
If you want an office that cancels last minute best case or you show up and the staff initially lies about your appt time to cover for the doctor, but then admit he canceled his morning but I didn't get a call .. this is your doctor!! Also I am in a wheelchair and it was hard to get in the office because of a huge lip on the door. YOU ARE A PODIATRY OFFICE FIX YOUR DAMN DOOR BEFORE YOU INJURE SOMEONE!! Avoid. Not professional.
Saw Dr Oldani with severe bilateral foot pain and also sharp unrelenting pain along side of foot. Dr Oldani treated both issues with highest professional treatment and compassion. As 72 I did not want to have to use a walker to get around.. and within 2-3 days, I no longer have had to. The pain relief due to proper assessment and treatment, has been relieved completely for 5 months so far! So grateful :
Had a great experience with Dr. Anderson and his nurses. Went for chronic ingrown toenail. It was completed at the first visit.
Dr Oldani is frienly, knoxledgeable as is his staff at.both locations Arnold and Mercy main hospital
