Visited for the first time today. Needed to have a wash and interior vacuum/ wipe down. My car was messy from the recent snow and slush. Typically I visit local competition in Wyomissing, however, I visited Mister today because it was closer to my work. I will never, ever, ever, visit again. I chose the most expensive inside/outside clean package (the "premium" package). Whereas I understand this is not an auto detail, it is just a cleaning, my car was in no way cleaned. Honestly, I question if it was even touched with a rag and cleaner in attempt to dust. My center console was still dusty and dirty, my seats still had crumbs sitting right in the center of it. There was still dirt and mud all over my interior trim and door frame. I am left wondering what I even paid for? I could simply have purchased the basic exterior wash and then just vacuumed my car when I got home. It would have saved me money and it would have been done properly. It is obvious that there was not quality control or manager on duty to review the job done. This business is operated by high-school kids, and the quality of the service reflects this.

Great car wash! It is nice that they offer fluid services, but they are drastically overpriced. The pet wash is also a nice service, but the one time I considered using it the tub was choked with another dogs hair. Also more expensive than equivalent services in the area.

This place is a little over priced but the attendants more than make up for it with service and consistency.

I've been taking my truck here for a few years now for oil-changes and tire rotations. The Lube shop manager and employees always do a great job that leaves my truck clean and hassle free.

They have also allowed me to transfer my automatic wash coupons into the Self-service wash bays.

After running the car through the automated car wash, please check the passenger side for new scratches.  They will discourage you from filing a claim by saying, "If it was our tunnel, then all the cars would be scratched in the same way, and apparently that's not the case with the cars of others."  Keep your eyes open before and after the automated car wash.  Good luck.  

The oil change service is top notch and compensates for their marginal cleaning service.
