I have I signed up for is tire shine . If I don't get a number on my window I don't get the tire shine. My barcode should automatically show my plan on what I should receive. That doesn't happen. I need them to fix that I have spoken to the crew about it and there hassnt been any response to my concerns

Exterior wash is as good as any automated wash but paying for premium isn't worth it unless you only have a coupe. Paid for the Platium full service on an SUV so the interior could be treated with some TLC. When they claimed they were done the front seats looked good but the back rows were neglected. The front dash was supposed to have protectant applied and this was a miss as well. We asked them to try again and they wiped down the second row but the third row was still a miss. Rather than reject the job a third time we left as it had already consumed an hour of the afternoon. The lesson is you almost get what you pay for but only if you ask them to specifically perform each of the services they advertise when you first pull in.

Thank you to Sebastian and Ben for the great customer service. Had a little issue with a refund that did not get processed. No big deal but Ben wanted to make sure all was taken care of and the manager Sebastian went above and beyond making sure my car was just how I wanted it and took care of my original concern. I greatly appreciate the hard work and friendliness from all the folks at Mister Carwash!
