I don't want to be too harsh because the employees are all very nice, but I did not get a car wash that warranted a 50 dollar price. I paid for a Seat Shampoo, and was told that it included a car wash, vacuum, etc. The seats look decent but there is sand all over the floor underneath the seats still, none of the water marks or bird poop was wiped off the outside of the car, and there was still dust/dirt in very visible areas of the center console.

Horrible experience. I was surprised how fast they came in and told me my car was ready. The quality of their service showed why. I will never, ever utilize the Shine Shack again.

I went to have my car cleaned after evacuating from the hurricane. There is still water marks all over my car and they didn't get any of the dog hair out of the carpets or the seats. They do a horrible job, I will not be coming back
