$15 for a car that was not clean.  Tires that had shine on one half of them.  And when I pulled up to one of the vacuums, there was only a vacuum on one side the stall because I parked on the end.  My truck was to big to reach the other side so I had to move to a different spot.  The only benefit is that no matter how long the line is, it always goes quickly.

The car wash was good but only giving it 2 stars because It charged my credit card 15 dollars when I only wanted a wash for 5 dollars. When I asked the attendee to give me a refund he had no way of doing it and said to call the manager so I did and the voice mail was full. I'm just concerned how many other people were scammed with there credit cards.

Unfortunately this will be the last time I will visit this carwash. System or human error, I don't know, regardless not going back.  I was already unhappy that no matter if it was the $5 or $15 wash the front lower sides and back of my car would not be clean. I let an attendant know and he made me go again with the same result the second time. On 3/4/18 I needed a quick wash early, something happened where I had to back out of the middle of the wash, soap on the car, to the vacuum lot. Nobody came out to say what was happening, the soap dried and looked bad, I went to another carwash and got it washed. I later go back to get a refund on the wash I was supposed to get but didn't, I told the attendant I had to wash it somewhere else and had the receipt in hand, but only wanted their receipt to refund. She did however offer a free wash, I declined. A bad experience to begin with and a lack of care of the inconvenience made it final for me. Great convenient location, but the lack of professionalism  and care for the customer drove this customer away.

Love it the fact that they offer a membership for an unlimited price for a month is tremendous do to all the salting the city does on the roads because of the snow our cars end up looking grayish looking but now we don't have to worry  anymore it doesn't matter if tomorrow rains, or wating for the weather to get warmer, getting staff out of garage.  We can carwash our cars and even vacuum for the same price. Plenty of vacuums and fast service.  I bought the membership last summer and do to some expenses I called it in stop it we waited a bit then my husband went back and bought again.   It gets crowed it at times but not all the times.   They may have to open more around the area it's getting great demand.

I went here on a particularly busy day. There was a break in cold weather, and nearly the whole city of Milwaukee decided to get their car washed. Regardless, I found Mister to be efficient in directing cars and despite the long line I was in and out. However, on busy days, they seem to speed up your turn through the was to the point that it removed absolutely no dirt from my car. I appreciate free use of the vacuums, but it seems to be a mute point when the exterior of the car is not able to get cleaned.
