I went here to get my tires rotated today. The staff did the rotation fine, however when it came to putting the wheels back on and tightening the lug nuts that is where they had problems. As soon as I left and got onto the highway I noticed that there was noticeable shaky and knocking coming from my wheels. On my way home I stopped by Home Depot and got a torque wrench and looked in my owners manual to determine the correct foot pounds of torque. Something the technicians here didn't even consider.

When I went to actually tighten the lug nuts. OVER HALF OF THEM COULD BE HAND SCREWED FURTHER. I'm assuming they used some kind of impact driver in the shop and clearly didn't use it correctly. This kind of gross negligence is completely unacceptable for a professional service company. It could have severely damaged my vehicle and could have resulted in an accident if one of my wheels had come off. I will whole heartily advise that no one service their vehicles at any of the mister locations and I will never return.

I tried calling the location twice to communicate this to them but no one answered the phone and there is not a voicemail box setup.

Tried this place again after not liking it the first time because their high pressure sprayer was too harsh.  My concern still stands, although this time it did not damage the molding at the top of my windshield like it did the first time.  I wish they would use a little more water and a little less pressure on the high pressure sprayer that sweeps the car after the initial soap is applied.  My car is older so I do not care as much, but I would be more concerned about taking a newer car through this car wash.  Still, it is pretty fast and convenient during the winter months.

Car wash is good,not great.but getting through is quick, even on there busiest days. There is an express lane for members who purchase a monthly unlimited wash package.when it gets super busy,staff is out there and moving the line along quickly. Have had oil changed here,friendly young staff.remember just a quick lube,most r not mechanically trained other then minor headlamp repair and oil changes

I was very impressed with the oil change service. It was the fastest oil change that I've ever had in my life. By the time they were done taking my payment and information my oil change was done. These guys must have been from a NASCAR pit crew. There was a line down the road and I still got into the wash fairly quickly. The free vacuums are definitely always a plus.  I regularly come to Mister carwash and will keep doing so.

Can't beat $20 unlimited car washes. Come 4 times and it pays for itself. Love how there is a Unlimited line that let's you skip the rest of the cars waiting.
