When I pay for a platinum service I expected that service. My husband brought my car in for me and it's a good thing because my car would have been redone. I had to spend an additional hour doing the door jams nothing was wiped at all, except the top, No one bothered to look down.The dash just got wiped or dusted as you call it, was to be shined just like the tires. Pay attention to details people. That's all I ask. We come from the other side of town because you all had always done a fantastic job. Not this time.

They’re fine if you’re in a rush and can’t take care of it yourself. Their “best” service is I think $32? They have a high turnover so I know they can’t spend much attention to detail. I’ll use them for a quick exterior wash but for anything else I’ll do it myself.

Miss all the old employees before the buyout. The popcorn is good in the customer lounge. Have the monthly plan so I can go whenever I need to. Very cost effective especially if you wash your car alot.

What a great change has been done to this car wash.... great prices with variety of options ... The waiting area has comfortable seat, charging station for your devices, free WiFi popcorn and coffee is on them.. very fast although the lines can get long but they have so much employees your wait is hardly noticed.

Not sure who is worse mister in Lakeland or pats in winter haven. They both suck. For what I paid I can have someone come to my house. Last time for me.
