I keep trying to go back to them because it’s convenient to my work location and they are quick but I’m always disappointed. I went today and got the “full wash” and it was barely that. I wish I could post pictures. My center console wasn’t cleaned at all, my main console still has dust and fingerprints all over it, my door jams and my tires are not clean. Keep in mind this is a 2018 car so it’s not beat up. Not happy at all.

My car is always super shiny and completely clean. And the wipe down on the way out is a huge bonus

Not very impressed. Management won't admit to mistakes. It's not hard, I just want a clean car without you guys breaking stuff.
