Took my nissan armada to get washed, went in whole and came out with part of the bumper missing. Was told they would fix it and would order part. 1 week and no response from them. Called them and told me they would get back to me by the end of the day and again no reply. If you used this car wash beware your vehicle might get damaged and they will not repair it. Quality of the car wash not worth the damage to your car.

I brought my car here due to being rather dirty. They gave me my keys only to realize it was still dirty and has stuff all over the hood. I then brought it to the attention of the manager who suggested another run through. Only to get my car with the same issue. I therefore spoke to the GM Ever and he stated the cannot guarantee the car would be cleaned. This didn't make sense to me as this is a car wash. I asked for another wash which the manager refused. Needless to say, the portable car wash guys do a way better job for cheaper. I'll never go back here again

Honestly I'd have been better off finding a drive thru wash bay for 8 bucks then to have paid these clowns $30 to wash my truck! My trim, grill, rims and running boards were filthy.. My tires now have dirt under what ever they spray on your tires to make them shine. I spent an hour cleaning the truck once I was home, don't waste your time and money going to any Mr.Car wash!

Nest to go up to the one on Paseo to get a better quality vacuum and wipe down. I often leave this one with spots still on car and not well wiped down in back. I've had to turn back around a couple times but I'm not there to go twice it should be done right the first time with as many employees they have. It's a hit or miss. If I have time I drive up to Paseo location

Such a great deal fire car washes. I use tier monthly rate and in New Mexico's varying weather and dust,it is with the cost. I probably use the express wash option two or three times a week depending on weather and it keeps my car looking sharp. Worth it.
