I took my car there on Friday morning before the rush started and paid for the unlimited car wash.  I had to take it back a second time because it wasn’t vacuumed in my backseat or wiped down.  When I got home I noticed that all my CHANGE WAS GONE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PENNIES.   I called to let them know and they said I needed to speak to the manager as I was explaining to the manager he immediately told me that they have cameras and that they take that very seriously but insisted that they could have vacuumed it up!??? I said either was it should have been brought to my attention.  He didn’t bother asking for my name or my information all he said was he’d look at the cameras??? Pretty shocking and disappointing.   You think I would have gotten an apology?.  I cannot believe that you would have to go as far as pretty much CLEANING OUT YOUR CAR SO THAT NOTHING GETS TAKEN!!!!  Also I paid over 30$ and I am still not sure why because it definitely wasn’t worth it !

I come here for my unlimited car washes because it's close to work.  I never have had an issue. I do wish they would do a better job with the interior.   I see four people in there but half the time I still have only half of my interior cleaned.

I feel like prices are pretty steep but they definitely do a good job and fast.

I had their basic level 2 car wash with tire shine, it was like $17 and I was in and out in about 12 minutes total.

What's great is you give them the keys, go inside to get a free air freshener if you like, they spray down the front to get bugs n' junk off and out of the grill, then the car goes through the washer and when it comes out, a team of about 3 guys dries the car, wipes down the dash and interior and vacuums the carpets before giving you the keys back.

A quick and easy clean for the car before a night out.

I normally use a competitor, but I had 3 cars to get washed and didn’t want to drive across town. I took 3 cars back to back. Here’s where I’m confused. I don’t know if the $6 wash is a good deal or the $17 wash is a sham. The first two cars I got the $6 wash because I was going to bring them home and finish them off. I didn’t expect much. Took the wife’s car and wanted them to clean the outside real nice, the inside was already super clean. I decided to go for the $17 wash and they don’t dry it, there’s supposed to be tire shine, I didn’t see anyone shine anything. It was quite literally the exact same process as the first two $6 washes. Here’s the kicker, there is NO INDICATION OF A DIFFERENCE in washes being applied to the vehicle from their automated kiosk to when you are pulling out of the washing machine.  There is no way for the people at the back to know what you paid for at the front. This kind of pissed me off as I was in the washer thinking “how are they going to know the extra stuff with nothing on the car?”  Guess what, there’s isn’t extra stuff.

I have a blonde lab and I keep coming back here because they get ALL his hair out! He rides in my car about 4 times a week. The staff is friendly and they always have my favorite snack in the lobby with free coffee and popcorn. My kids love the squirter! The restroom is always clean, too. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my car to be ready. Its a great deal and a pleasant experience.
