Everyone else that I called, offered free estimates on site.
This company told me, I will have to pay between $40-60 just for them to come out and tell me what it was going to cost in person, because they can't give me a quote over the phone, for just running a 3/4" x 100' power rooter snake through an 80' x 4" sewer line.
So I just rented the rooter myself for $60, instead of being ripped off to just get a quote.
I have been a Professional Carpenter, Electrician, Roofer, Painter, and Landscaper since June 14, 2000. And I guarantee I would lose at least 50% of my customers if I had as crappy customer service as whoever the reception lady that answered the phone when I contacted this company.  She had an extremely bad attitude towards everything I asked about having done, and made me feel like a downright idiot.
Anyone that has since asked me for a recommendation for a plumber, I have told them to definitely make sure they avoid calling this company at all costs.
