We recently had a problem with a clogged bathtub drain. Paul and Jonah arrived on the scheduled day and within the schedule time frame. They quickly unclogged our the drain with a plunger. We had another concern with our hot water heater, and they took the time answering all our questions regarding it. They also had a great idea that will save us a considerable amount of money when the hot water heater needs to be replaced! Jonah and Paul were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. In our opinion their charge was very reasonable. We will definitely call this company again and recommend them to others.

A new sump pump was installed to the existing exit pipe. The pipe was faultless and in good working order for 21 years. After the installation of pump water continued to leak form the existing connection. The damage to the pipe connection was caused by the assembly of the new sump pump. The company rep did not take responsibility for damaging the connection. The company charged for repar.

Everyone at this company is wonderful. I have had Adam, Mark, Jonah and Paul come out for various plumbing projects around my house. They are always on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Jonah is a true professional, and I couldn't be more happy with the work done on my kitchen sink. Stubborn clog, stopped up for days, and Jonah at Universal solved my problem in about 10 minutes, and helped me figure out what clogged it to begin with so I can avoid any issue in the future. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Glad I've got their magnet on my fridge now, will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Good service but shop around the only issue we had was their pricing which was extremely high for the national average.  We called them out 2 times for quotes and diagnostics but never had them complete any work as we found the cost almost double the national average.
