I love these guys! Chuck and Jason are reliable,  communicative  and professional. They are rewiring my 1927 duplex. There are definitely some quirks in the original wiring, but they deal with it patiently and creatively,  keeping me posted along the way. They give me options,  and listen to my input. They even found a place to rewire some of the original specialty light fixtures for me. 

Dan was also very helpful. He came for the initial service call,  and did the bid for the project. He was thorough and respectful. 

The support staff deserves credit as well. They were helpful, and scheduled the job asap. They even answer the phone at odd hours!

I am quite pleased with Mr Sparky. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent electricians and customer service. I called them on a weekend when I lost partial electricity in my home and they responded quickly. It ended up being a bigger job to restore electricity (replacing my outdated wiring) and they went above and beyond, staying over hours to make sure everything was working and to my satisfaction. Dusty, Seth, and Nolan were all very professional and communicative.

The two technicians that came out were good but what was extraordinary is that I did not have to lock up the dog which meant playing musical rooms as the techs moved room to room.  I have a pit bull mix foster dog, the techs knew about this breed and so I did not have to lock him up.  He loved the company and it helped with socialization.  This is so rare, thank you. Still think it was a little expensive but it had to be done but they did give me a discount.  Also, some may find there selling a little aggressive but you can always say no.

Had Mr. sparky come out to look over our system as a complimentary inspection.  It appears they come out believing they had a big job in the bag, very much like what I dealt with their sister company Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.  The tech was helpful and pointed out the problems.  He then gave me a huge estimate to fix the problems then really pushed their 18 month financing and some other features. He seemed a little depressed that he and his apprentice would not be able to the job today.  So, as with Ben , it seems this company is really into selling. This makes me want to check out other companies.  I believe I got taken once, I do not w (Ben Franklin) ant to have it happen again.  So far the only one of the three sister companies that I trust so far is Blue Ox and yes they did sell me extra services as well but the cost was reasonable and affordable.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Efficient, effective, and respectful. Could not be more pleased with Dan as our technician. We've had three great experiences and will continue to use Mr. Sparky for all of our electrical needs in the future. Highly recommended!

Cody was the very best in a time of need. He not only came all the way at a very late night. And looking at my old buss fuse's. But stayed until the job was complete. Very friendly and professional. U guys rock👍
