I called Stanford recently when we came home to no heat, and outside temps below zero. They had someone come out within 2 hours, which was very impressive since it had been really cold for 2 weeks and they were undoubtedly busy.
Jeremy was the tech and Gabriel was his assistant. Both were very courteous and professional. Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem as a dirty flame sensor and took care of the problem. I was satisfied with the cheap fix. 
I also had them look at our gas fireplace, since the pilot light would not stay on. Jeremy believed that it was possibly due to an obstruction, so they pulled out a ladder and climbed to the top of the chimney. He said the fee for this would be $75. Once on top, Jeremy said that it was frozen solid, so they would have to wait for a few warm days before they could come back and deal with it. They did not charge the $75 now, since they were unable to fix it right then. I thought that was nice of them, since it took two guys to handle the ladder, and the windchill was well below zero.
So overall I was very impressed and will definitely hire them again for hvac or electrical.

I contacted Stafford and they were out a week later to look at my job. I needed a panel upgrade and a subpanel run to my garage. Kris was up front and honest about everything they will and will not do with this project. The price was very fair and was the cheapest of the 4 estimates I received. In addition they were very responsive both by email and phone.

Steve, Will and Tony were the ones that came to do the work and they were respectful of my house, friendly and did a great job. 

I couldn't be happier with Stafford from start to finish.

We've been using Stafford for several years. Most recently they did the electrical in our basement family room (lights and outlets). Eric and Will were super friendly and we are very pleased with the end result. Peggy and TruKenna were also very helpful and friendly with scheduling the work and the city inspection afterward. Great experience.

I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about Stafford!  Chris just left our house after replacing a broken furnace part.  When it's -20 degrees wind chill and your furnace is acting up -- you need someone who can get the job done!  Call Stafford -- fast, thorough, SMART, clean, timely and fairly priced.

Stafford has been doing work on our old house for decades, well before we moved in. Today, Chris did an excellent job of updating two wired smoke detectors -- he was fast and efficient, and he also informed me about upgrading one to a smoke/CO detector to be up to code and maximize safety. The price was competitive and I'd definitely call them again any time!
