I've never had to call an electrician before as a homeowner but recently had a burning smell coming from behind my oven and called Mister Sparky. Joe could not have been any better. He fixed my issue quickly, explained everything and even taught me a bunch of stuff about electricity and protecting my house! I'll never call anyone except Mister Sparky from here on out!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The Mr. Sparky representatives took time to understand exactly what we needed, and guided us to the best way to accomplish those needs affordably. Tristen and Duane were our representatives and were both excellent. Our new lighting is so beautiful!! And everything was left spotless. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is not just a slogan!

Joe was great! Prompt, personable, and professional, but what impressed me most was the time he took to explain what the problem was and why it was occurring. He looked over my house (built mid-nineties) and pointed out things that could potentially cause issues in the future and made recommendations about upgrades (what was critical vs. what would be a good idea). I really appreciated his thoroughness. Plus, he took a pic with my puppies...you gotta love that!

Joe was on time and extremely helpfull and knowledgeable! He was courteous and easy to talk to. I appreciated him giving me different options on ways to make sure my home was safe for my daughters! I will definitely be using him again.
