Jamie explained everything in language that was easy to understand while being personable and professional. I have had an inspection plan with One Hour for about 8 years and have enjoyed the peace of mind that my home is safe. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky Electric and their affiliated companies to everyone. While they are not the cheapest for their prices in repairs their work is good quality and I have never had any problem with any service men who have come into my home.

Dustan was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He was on time and treated me and my house with respect. Prior to the inspection he explained what all he was going to do, and answered all my questions at the end. I would welcome him back if I ever had any problems. Highly recommended

Had them come to the house for the $49 estimate which should have been my first clue to forget about them. The guy who came to do the estimate was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. The quote for running 3 cable lines so we can put tv's in other bedrooms was an astronomical amount of money. So we got two more estimates and we found a very well known and reputable company in the area that did the job for 2.5K less. Really Mr. Sparky, eat my $49 and I will never give you a good reference ever.

On time, very polite. Evaluated our problem quickly and recommended several options. Also helped us understand potential problems and how to avoid possible damages. Highly recommend this company and  you would be happy to have Derick  as your service pro. They carry everything for any situation. A+ service
