My Mom previously had work completed on her mobile home, installed a 2nd breaker to accommodate the a/c window unit.... ... called today for needed breaker service, to now accommodate my new a/c window units..... was told they do not work on mobile homes... What's the difference between a home and mobile home....? very disappointed.

I called Mr. Sparky about installing a surge protector to my house electrical service panel to provide whole-house protection.  I was given a quote over the phone for the job and I scheduled an appointment.  They called 30 minutes before arriving to let me know that he were on the way. 

He examined the electrical panel and told me how he would connect the surge protector.   He pointed out that there was a problem (fire hazard) with either the circuit breaker or the wiring for the bath-room heater.  He tested the amp draw for the heater and determined that the breaker needed to be changed from a 20 amp to a 15 amp, the wiring size was OK.  The wiring coming into the panel for the heater was also unprotected from the sharp edges of the panel's entry hole, so he installed a wire protector. 

He also informed me that to completely surge protect my house, that the outside air conditioning unit would need its own surge protector installed in it's electrical panel. With each additional thing he kept me informed of the additional cost.   

The job cost me a lot more than I had planned to spend, but I got everything protected, and his coming out and discovering the electrical problem may have prevented a house fire.  That, I can not put a price on.  

Mr. Sparky was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and personable.  I will be calling on them to do all future electrical work, and I will highly recommend them to all my friends.

We called Mister Sparky to help rewire my parent's home.  They were not only punctual and professional, but they made conversation and explained their process to my folks.  My takeaway with the Mister Sparky Dallas/Mesquite team is their professionalism; they are so organized and actually FINISH the job with quality and care.  

I highly recommend visiting Mister Sparky's "Ask An Electrician" page on their site.  They encourage curios minds to submit their electrical questions and soon enough, you'll find an expert electrician's response!

Mr. Sparky arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the job in a  timely manner. Also, their electrician did not try to sell me any additional products. I was very happy with their service.

The technician was very professional and we liked him but the prices are insane.  They wanted $300 + the $49 service fee to replace two outlets.  It was said that is because of the 7 year warranty.  I can do it myself for $50.  I will not use Mister Sparky again.
