The Mitchell Insurance Agency was founded in 1961 by Samuel Mitchell. For over 55 years, The Mitchell Insurance Agency has been a family- owned and operated firm providing insurance for your business and personal needs. In fact, as founding members of the prestigious New Jersey Agents Alliance (NJAA), we take pride in serving our friends and neighbors with more insurance choices than any other Sussex County- based agency. She stays on top of our policies so we don't have to worry and can focus on what we do best because she's doing her best to service our business. She is incredibly valuable to us.

 Rachel is a dream to work with - she answers questions clearly and simply, gets right back to us whenever we have a concern.   Keith explores every option to keep our organization compliant - yet keeping our costs as reasonable as possible.  They consistently present options for us to reduce incidences and maximize safety for our staff.   The staff in the office are welcoming, polite and never seem to be having a "bad" day!

The Mitchell Insurance Agency has been good to us over the years.  Tracy Colburn represents the agency on a Superior level.  She  has been working closely with our company for a couple years now.  When we need something expedited (which is every time) or have any questions,  Tracy handles it like a true Professional.  Kind, Courteous, and  Knowledgeable.  Thank you Tracy for your dedication and hard work!

I've been working with Jessica Martinez for several years now. She is the face of Mitchell Agency for me and I couldn't feel more like a "cherished" customer than I've been made to feel. Knowledge, expertise, and willingness to explore different underwriters for better rates or coverage is what Jessica has provided for me. There is no chance I'd be looking elsewhere for Insurance. I might add that currently have been placed with Liberty Mutual on my policy and my experience with Liberty for various policies has been more than satisfactory.
