I'm happy to share my recent experiences with the Abbott Insurance Agency.  I have been with them for many years and have always enjoyed a very professional service with just the right touch of personal care.  Recently, I needed to change my insurance provider for home and auto and had the pleasure of working with Karen Flores.  My situation required some complicated research and leg work which Karen thoroughly and professionally managed for me.  Thank you Karen.  Let's acknowledge that the circumstances under which we actually have to use our insurance are usually very trying and stressful.  Abbott Insurance Agency helps relieve some of that pressure. The BEST! My rep was Maria.  She is the best! Very knowledgeable went through my quote line by line, helped me find the best home insurance for my budget.  Don't go to anyone else call and ask for MARIA!

I've done business with Abbott Insurance for many years now and they are always capable and efficient. I recently had a lot of back and forth with my lenders and Karen Flores handled all the requests patiently and resolved them quickly. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Maria DeGuzman. She was thorough, explained everything to me and was quick; I mean QUICK. My prior insurance company had me waiting for days for commercial Automobile Insurance - she set it all up in hours. Very responsive and continues to be so helpful even after getting our business. Thank you so much Maria, you truly were/are a life saver for us!

Recently I was assisted by Karen Flores at the Lyndhurst office. Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgable in securing the best coverage for both my Home & Auto policies at very competitive rates. She really made the complete process so easy and was truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Karen for any of you home or auto insurance concerns !
