Ordered 5 rolls to-go during lunch time. The atmosphere inside of Mizu seemed like a pretty nice spot although I went at an off-time so it was not busy. The girl working the front was very pleasant and welcoming. Got a pick 2 and pick 3 lunch special. I ordered 4 regular maki rolls tuna, 2 yellowtail and salmon and a spicy salmon. Regular maki rolls were very fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The yellowtail had nice marbling and seemed like a good cut of fish. The spicy roll was also delicious as it had just the right amount of spice and tempura flakes. The rolls were of decent size and seemed to be a good value. Although I can’t speak for any other menu options I would definitely consider returning as it is one of the better places in Allentown.
Nice and clean restaurant. Food was ok, soup is salty to my taste. Waitress seems tired after long working day so didn’t look very welcoming when saw me. Pricing is inexpensive but it could be better with the food quality.Food: 3/5
Food was A1 this is real hibachi….The closest thing to Benihanas and the experience was AMAZING the chef was really nice… he was cool with my husband seafood allergy and made sure his food was separate. We will be back Kid-friendliness: The chef blew up cute kid balloons during the cooking process Also let them get a kick out of the water gun shot

New place decided to give it a try. Beautiful inside, they messed up my takeout order not a big deal, they fixed it and we attempted to eat the mushiest sushi that was warm and fell apart. Threw it away. Won’t be backFood: 1/5
Ordered online and picked up in store on Valentine's Day, had no issues with the order or the pick-up and my date loved it. I like how slim the menu is- plenty of options without feeling overwhelmed, great balance. We definitely have plans for a dine in date night here!Food: 5/5
Tonight was my first time coming here. I arrived 35 minutes before closing time for some take-out as I work overnight and generally eat around 10/11pm. The young lady at the front desk was sooo nice. I asked if they had a crunchy roll and she politely informed me of 3 other rolls I might enjoy. I chose the dynamite roll and it was delicious, warm and a wonderful recommendation. While I waited she offered me water. She was so kind and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning, maybe even tomorrow to dine-in with family this time lol.
We love Mizu Sushi & Hibachi. They have great chefs that are a lot of fun with the guests. The food is incredible. We have been there a few times and will continue to go back. Great restaurant!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free not a problem!! Kid-friendliness: Very entertaining for the kids. They always have a blast!!

I order take out from here all the time and have not been dissappinted. 3 rolls, soup, and salad for 15 dollars is a great lunch deal. The fish is always fresh and consistently good. I never have to wait terribly long for take out. Staff is very kind!Food: 5/5
