Kris has been my agent for decades.  The main reason my family and I have stayed with Mercier and Kosinski is Kris's prompt, professional responses to every question or concern I have had.  I rely on Kris for all my family's home, car, contractor's and any other insurance needs.  She is always kind, courteous, and patient.  When I contact Kris, within 10 minutes she has the information that I need, even on nights and weekends, and she is always kind, understanding, helpful, and re-assuring.  I know that I can rely on Kris to give us the correct information and the best advice.  She works tirelessly to ensure that I have all the information and options that I need whether it be about a claim, about premiums, or about policy options. She has saved me time, money, and aggravation over the years.  I have referred family and friends to her and they have also been extremely happy with her service and professionalism. I consider Kris not only my insurance agent, but a trusted friend.

I have filed not one, but two claims with MKI over the past year.  One was in regard to a home insurance issue regarding a leaking pipe that did significant damage to my bathroom.  The other was in regard to a car accident I experienced due to an irresponsible drunk driver.  In both instances, MKI - and particularly Joseph Kosinski - was right on the case to get my claim filed and start the wheels in motion.  In both instances, my claims were successful and I was made whole financially.  You will not get the personalized touch and attention to detail with a national carrier directly as you will with this agency.  I know that I can call MKI with any questions and have the matter handled kindly and professionally, and explained in lay terms instead of confusing insurance jargon.  I strongly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a new carrier.

I have been with MKI for eight years now and my experience is always a pleasure. They are especially helpful anytime I call the office. They will also responds to my email questions quickly. I have recommended my family and friends and they love them as much as I do.

I have worked in the lending world for about 15 years and have delt with many insurance agents. Kris is by far one of the best, every time I needed something I received it as quickly as I ask for it. She is always available and most importantly a very nice person!! Keep up the great work!

DO NOT EVER deal with this agency. The woman Chris I spoke with is SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. she yelled at me and I'm not even a customer, I called on behalf of a lien holder and got verbally attacked by this lunatic. She was so loud and disrespectful, its a miracle she has any customers. This woman should not be allowed to deal with the general public as she has a poor attitude and poor people skills. I asked for a manager or someone else I could speak with and she proceeded to tell me she is the manager and wouldn't let me speak with anyone else that was there. So incredibly horrifying experience and this woman should be fired on the spot for the way she treats her customers. Shame on you for being such an incredibly rude, disrespectful, and just a downright awful human being.
