Worst company I ever worked for! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Update: Their old name back in the days was GNG Transportation, when I worked for them (November of 2012 until May of 2013.). I put two weeks notice after they refused to give me a raise. Then they offered a small raise and I decided to stay. After 2-3 weeks I got fired for "blackmailing" them and "not being loyal" to the company. Since when leaving the company who doesn't appreciate you means blackmailing? Since when you need to work for housekeepers salary to be considered loyal? Attached is my 1099 form from 2013. which clearly shows that they are lying, since no one is paying a dispatcher over $11000 a month.

There owner op program is wonderful. most of the loads that i have got from them is over $2.00 a mile and i cant thank them enough. You really dont have to run that hard to make any money. they also have the best program that ive seen on the road.2 yrs and the truck is yours. now that is what i call respect. they also help you Get your LLC's for your business and help you get your business off the ground. but other then that if you havent filled out an app. then idk what your waiting on. and everything the recruiter says is true. im just a driver that is straight forward with everything. i hide nothing. so come and join us we cant move this freight by our self.....G 3 Transportation LLC...and yes that is my company name they help me get....

Used this carrier (booked through a broker) on 2 different loads. Never again: 1st shipment was a dedicated 48' flatbed with 6' tarps. Driver arrived expecting only 16' of freight and did not bring tarps. After loaded, they took the load back to their facility to tarp, where they then determined that he needed 8' tarps (additional $100), despite all of the freight being 6', with a single crate at 84". We allowed this, based on the urgency of the shipment and desire for safety of the product. 2nd shipment was nearly identical. However, not only did the driver arrive without tarps, but also without STRAPS. After the previous issue, the broker made explicitly clear what equipment was needed. How can you think that taking a flatbed load without straps is acceptable? Come to find out - driver left our facility with the load NOT STRAPPED, and drove a mile to their warehouse to strap and tarp. 10 requests for pictures of the tarped load were made, but were never received.
