What a cute place. And what a view! I had Oregon Oysters for the first time (I'm from Illinois) and they were really good! The rice pilaf was kinda bland so I hope they do more with that in the future but everything else was terrific! Great service! Great food!

This location is right on the beach. The view is great. Inside you have to wind your way through the souvenirs and knock knack's to get to the restaurant area. The tables all have curved or straight benches. Window tables get that great beach view but are snagged quickly. On this day, even 1 table away from the windows was too far to be able to make out the details through the fog. I opted for the bread bowl with clam chowder and shrimp. The bread was nice and soft. The top came with a smear of butter for a little extra flavor. We t was worth polishing off, but I did have to hit it with the salt and pepper to give it some flavor. There appears to be limited, but we'll placed outside seating. Alas, it wasn't open today, Even though the weather was in a favorable mood.

We pretty much always stop at Mo's when at the coast. The clam chowder is consistently good. Not the best I've ever had, but still good. Had the blackened fish tacos this time and was pleasantly surprised. Fish was tasty and I loved the heat and flavor of the jalapeno slaw or whatever sauce they served on them. Will no doubt keep coming for years!

This place is why we go the beach. I've grown up eating their clam chowder and will always love it with some of their fresh bread. We split a family size between 3 of us so we can have seconds. We like to get there right when they open so we can sit next to the windows. It's fun to watch everyone on the beach. If the weather is cooperative, we usually go down for a beach walk afterwards. If some of the other family is with us we take buckets and shovels and stuff and play for a while.

We stayed at Cannon Beach for a long weekend and went to Mo's for lunch. We liked it so much we went back again on our last day in town. My husband and I loved the grilled shrimp. It was seriously the best shrimp I've had in all my 40 years. So tender and flavorful. We ordered both the blackened and the garlic butter shrimp and they were equally delicious. Good kids menu and friendly service. We plan to come back to Mo's on or future Oregon coast vacations.
