Try the #40. Crunchy pickled veggies and fresh cucumber and cilantro garnish a plate of skewered shrimp and grilled, smokey thinly sliced pork. The plate is rounded off with a generous portion of broken rice and two savory triangles of stuffed deep fried tofu. Absolutely delicious. Decent prices. Good service.

This place is great and I love going here. Let me walk you through a regular dining experience: you walk in and get seated promptly, and are handed a menu. 3-5 minutes later a waiter walks over and take your order, then 10-15 minutes later your food gets brought out. It's delicious and eat it all. Walk over to the counter, pay and leave. It's like that every time and it's great.

THE GOOD: Pho Oregon has a very good wait staff and the fried egg rolls were pretty good. THE BAD: The short ribs were tough and had no flavor. Even the rice was blah. The others at our table did like the soup. The price was ok. OVERALL: 3 out of 5 stars.

Good food, mediocre service. My plate was 90% lettuce and 10% food I ordered. Smallest portions I seen from a local place in awhile. I do not hate lettuce but I left with an empty stomach. Should of went with pho. Waited for fifteen minutes before realizing it was a pay up front deal. Cashier expected us to know our total and what we ordered written in chicken scratch.

If you like soup, it's the place to go. Generous portions. Certainly nothing special. We also were rushed by the staff a bit, which I'm honestly fine with given the circumstances (a blizzard was starting and they wanted to get out of there ASAP). They were certainly friendly and apologetic about it in any case.
