My girlfriend and I had just left an event held on Hanscom Air Force Base and she needed a bathroom asap, and one that was open past 9pm. I found this Mobile gas station on Waze (navigation app) and the info said they had restrooms as a service 🚻. I called to make sure they were open, as we hadn't any time to waste. The women on staff answered promptly and responded kindly letting me know they are open 24hrs.  We went. She was very kind and helpful and didn't pressure us to have to buy things although I did,  out of appreciation.  She made sure the bathroom was available and secure before my girlfriend went in.  I appreciate All of this! This is SERVICE. 👏👏 👌
