There are 8 pumps and a car wash here. The gas station is never super crowded but has some of the best prices for gas in town sometimes. Air here is 75 cents. And there is a shop vac as well.

While at the pump, I swiped my Plenti card (Awards Program) and waited approx 10 seconds. No error messages displayed, and I was prompted to swipe my debit/credit card. The receipt did not print after I filled up. I went inside and no one was at the desk. I called out for assistance. The employee came out of the back office. I asked him to print a receipt for Pump 6. He seemed irritated. I noticed I did not receive my Plenti points. When I asked him about it he said they didn't go through. I told him that I would like them added, and he snapped back, "Once the transaction is done, there's no way to add the points." I asked him if he could check with a supervisor to see how to do it. He became visibly upset and said he was the supervisor. He was rude and acted as if I were a nuisance. He said he was not at the front because he was watching video of a drive off the day before. How is that possible? I can't get any gas unless I pay at the pump or inside and the card is approved. In addition to my horrible experience, the nearby public should note that this location has had at least one armed robbery. I would absolutley avoid it after 10PM at night for safety reasons. I will never go back at all. QuickTrip is close by and any QuickTrip employee behaving in this manner - especially a supervisor - would be written up or fired.
