Hate it here! Manager, Nicole is rude, says she wants help, but then just talks over you. I have a lease with an option to buy at end of lease. Of course they want to do inspections every 6 months but they say we own it when something major goes, like the a/c, holes in floor because they removed moisture barrier, roof leaks because double wide improperly set on a single lot so home is splitting down the middle. I thought a landlord was responsible for these things.

The homes are decent but they say that they are trying to convert to a 55+ park but I'm still seeing people move in with small children after they told me that they don't do that anymore. WTH

Bluejay was destroyed by hurricane Irma they made me stay away for 24 days while they allegedly repaired the trailer when i returned the kitchen cupboards are full of mold and they made me pay full rent and I was gone 18 out of 30 days. Stay away from here do not come here the management is out for money and have no respect for people or circumstances

If aesthetics aren't your focus Mobil and is sexual. Nice neighbors and staff. Close to beach, harbor. Fishing paradise.
