For the most part I keep to myself an had never had a problem with anyone..stay away from the junkies and drunks and it's a great place to live it it pricey. But if you take in account what you would pay for power and water elsewhere it's actually not that badly priced the best part of all I not having to save  up first and last deposit anywhere else that was huge the fact that we only had to come up with $75 or something to move in instead of $2400 anywhere else..

My husband and I recently lived there they kicked us out because I called the fire department at 9:30 at night because my fridge was smoking and caught on fire my husband ran to the jerk who is not the owner of the place but a manager who lives on the property was so mean an awful he was upset because we woke him up to tell him there was smoke in are home he ran inside my home yelling and screaming about why I called the fire department the next day he comes to my place early in the morning and asked to go to the office they need a word with me said I had to move out on Friday afternoon. Some people are ok here some aren't I advise you not to live here and if you do don't make friends a lot of junkies and alcoholic the place is not what it seems it an awful place be aware. Oh I didn't get my new fridge til late afternoon my food was ruined and I had to buy all new food. I think God blessed my husband and I actually because we are moving to a beautiful home now. I was never late on rent either never even had a problem with anyone kept to myself

Everything is how you make it. Rocky waters is one price, housing, water and electric. The place is what you put into it. I have a cottage and have put the time and work to make it nice.  I have been pleased with Ruth and Jack.  I wish the owners  would not of upped the rent for summer, but other than that, they are always there if I need help with a problem.

Lived here for 8months. Didn't really want to go but had to due to my family growing and expanding. There's a lot of drama here yes. There's a lot of people there who come and go. But the atmosphere was always beautiful. The birds are wild and sing loudly in the morning. The water is right across the street. The trees were nice to look at everyday. We made our place our little home for awhile and made our yard look nice and planted plants and the neighbors were always so helpful and sweet. Most of the time. Rent is pricy right now due to acs being ran for summer. Rent goes back down in October. But for the time we lived there it was ok and we would go back if we had to.
