A terrible place to live, many of the employees are ex convicts and very rude to those living there. Atop this, if the landlord doesn't like you they will essentially pay local thugs to damage your property and harass you. The land lord will also send falsified credit reports on your behalf to bring your credit rating as low as possible if he finds out your attempting to move out.
