I lived here for a little over a year and me and my wife loved the location and the neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful but the only downside is then management is run by an idiot with an ego trip. They raised the rent and would find anything to charge you for. They continued to harass us and other residents for minor things. Do not ever live here unless the management is ousted. You won't get any peace with these people.

I've been living at Penn Mobile Home Park since 1980. My Neighbors throughout the years have been like family. Some of my Neighbors in the past were family. My Grandmother, Great Aunt, Cousin & 2 Great Uncles not to mention my Parents. Penn Mobile Home Park is in a convenient location. There's a Liquor Store, a Convenience Store (WAWA), a Fast Food Restaurant (Wendy's), a DOLLAR GENERAL Store, All In Walking Distance. Bus Stops in Walking Distance as well. Penn Mobile Home Park has been Family Owned & Operated for Decades. It's a Great Place to Live.
