From the moment we entered the sales world of Lance Daniels surrounded by awesome sports and family photographs, our dream of owning a new car began to materialize. His professionalism was exceeded only by his candor and honesty. He carefully and calmly guided us through the car-buying process, giving us both the time and opportunity to ask, seek, and find the right car -- not just any car -- the right car for us. By the way, this was our second visit, not our first. And we were even more pleased this time with our purchase than before. As long as Lance is selling cars we will be back. Terrible service department, when the system asks you to leave a message, forget about getting a call back from them. I've experienced this on two of my new Fords over the last 6 months, frustrated I advised the receptionist of my repeating recent experience she said "it's a busy Monday sweetie". When I asked what her name was she wouldn't provide, only, "I'm the receptionist". Prior to this I did drop of my vehicle, along with warranty corrections I requested that they change the oil. When I picked it up from service the oil change wasn't done, questioning why the service wasn't performed the service writer said, "well, you weren't charged for it". Days later the vehicle had to be dropped off again for the same complaint, I gave it back to them with instructions to complete the oil change this time, 3 days later when I picked it up the second time the oil wasn't changed again, I asked them to do it while I wait and was told that they can't do an oil change at 4:45PM because the service tech leaves at 5.00. A day later the same warranty correction was not corrected, I called again and they said they couldn't verify the fault although when I drove with the service manager the first drop off he detected the problem, he also indicated how they'd fix it and when I asked them about how the service manger said he'd fix it they knew nothing of what I was asking. The only reason I gave them one STAR is you can't post without this selection. While advising the "Receptionist" about the lack of the service department returning calls, she agreed and was aware they don't, terrible service and Crappy customer service.

Tyler Grannis helped me find a quality vehicle in my price range. He asked me questions to find a vehicle that fits my needs. As am a first time buyer I was unsure of the process but, Tyler helped me with that too. I was worried that when car shopping I would feel pressured or that I might get taken advantage of; especially as a female. This was not the case! I had a great experience and everyone I came in contact with at the dealership contributed to that. I got a good deal on a sweet ride with a great interest rate from Rogue Community Credit Union. Bought my CX-5 here, and I have it serviced here! Excellent quick service every time I've been and typically less expensive than any jiffy lube type oil change shop, and without the various upsell hassles. Also had a terrific experience where during an oil change another part got damaged which might have been the technicians fault and Mocks replaced the part free of charge just because it might have been their fault. That's service!
