I have just returned from a long journey that was made more comfortable and enjoyable by renting a mini van from here. Josh is an impeccable employee and person. I forgot the other person's name and he knew of our rental as well. We were able to pick up early, the Dodge Caravan ran great, the stereo ROCKED and we will continue to recommend  Southern Oregon Rentals to our friends. Thank you for everything!

These guys are AMAZING!  We were on our way to Shasta for our son's high school graduation party.  11 of us, in 5 cars, and my son's car was having trouble with the hills.  We were in a hurry to make it to the marina by 5:00 before they closed, and it was going to be close.  I called ahead, and found this rental company.  By the time we got there, only about 20 min, if that, they had the truck pulled around front and running, had the paperwork filled out.  A quick walk around the truck, a couple of signatures and we were back on the road.  We left our son's car in their lot for the week we were gone, and they watched it for us.  I can't say enough about how helpful these guys were, and helped us to get through a tough afternoon.  I would DEFINITELY use them again, and recommend them to friends and family.  It is really hard to find great customer service, and these guys have it!

The folks at Southern Oregon Rental are superb. Great customer service from Josh and Ryan every time. Super helpful, kind and fair pricing. Highly recommend renting from them if you’re in need of a vehicle for the short term or long term. I’ve been renting a Ford Fiesta for over a month and have had only a great continued experience with them.

Josh at southern Oregon rental is extremely kind and he goes above and beyond what he can do too help and he is very understanding, and there prices are so much better then enterprise I wish I would have known about southern Oregon rental when I was hit bye  drunk drivers  because I got the run around both times at enterprise and Ik now after renting from southern Oregon rental I wouldn’t never had the problems I did with enterprise !!!!! Josh I wanna thank you for all your true kindness  and. Help when I  rented there with you last week it was truly a blessing  and  I appreciate it very much If anyone ever needs a rental I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTHERN Oregon Rental 5 stars hands down Also Tom I spoke too as well and I wanna say thanks too you as well for your help and kindness You both are awesome

My car broke down and I needed transportation while it was being repaired. I called and spoke to Josh. He made renting a car easy during a stressful time for me. Plus it took no time at all. Thank you, thank you.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Josh multiple times over the last few years. Southern Oregon Rentals has never once let me down or dissapointed me. They consistantly have the best prices, the best customer service I've ever experienced and they always do anything and everything they can to accomidate your needs. I believe the competition could take some lessons from Josh and Ryan on what customer service is and what it means to put the customer before the dollar. I without a doubt recomend Souther Oregon Rentals for any of your car rental needs!

Needed a rental in a hurry. I called 20 mins before closing time and not only did they have a vehicle but they were extremely nice and waited for me 10 mins after closing. They cared about the fact I needed a rental car now And had no other options. They made it happen and I cant thank them enough I highly recommend these guys they are the best in town

Excellent service! I should have come here first. I was able to rent a care here when Enterprise over booked. Very helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to friends and colleagues.

Also go by lisa Schamehorn. Ive had several rental cars from southern oregon rent a car. The best. Never any problems. Excellent service. Great prices.

Absurd credentials for renting a vehicle that only apply in town. Have used this service several times in other states, but for some reason I cannot in my home town.
