My partner and I visited this store a few times and were not to thrilled about the customer service that we received. We reached out to management and they responded within a day. The owner went above and above by personally apologizing and addressing our concerns. Not only that but we were made to feel valuable and as if our business was welcomed and wanted. The next time we are in Hyde Park we will be excited to stop by and see what unique pieces we can find.
