Technician from Modern Mechanical came to my house to service my HVAC system. Was very professional  and  respectful. Used shoe covers and made extra effort to take care of his work area. He was able to find the problem, advise me of the problem, and advise me of the options available and the costs before repairs were done. In this case I chose repairs and took advantage of the maintenance plan for discounted repair cost. My unit is now working properly and was cleaned very thoroughly. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality service. Prices are very reasonable, and I did shop around!

A neighbor used MM last yr to replace a heat pump.  I decide to give them a call and found the price was very competitive.  I hired MM and a few weeks later the crew arrived and did a very professional and timely job.  Rolling into this yr it was time to replace my second heat pump in my 19 yr old house.  I called MM, got a visit and estimate in 2 days and got the same crew to install a new heat pump in 4 days.  No where else will you get that prompt service for a fair price.  Bravo to Steve B my salesman and Percy the crew foreman.  You guys are awesome!

Modern Mechanical came highly recommended by a good friend who works a the state level department that takes care of licensing of HVAC contractors (and others like plumbers and electricians).  That's as good a referral one can get.  Jason came out and spent a considerable amount of time going through my system rather than just slapping in a replacement for what I already had.  My existing system had a few deficiencies.  We were able to get on the schedule the following Monday, which was quite impressive.  Matt and John did a super job and were very pleasant and amicable in answering all my questions.  They made sure I was abreast of all progress and involved when decision had to be made.  I couldn't be more pleased.  Even though Matt, being from Staten Island, has not yet come around to appreciating country music, we still welcome him to God's country here in the South.

The guys were courteous and professional. Also, respected my floors by always putting shoe covers on when entering the house. This was an all day job and they worked all day ( I could hear them under my house).  I would highly recommend this company.

I have been with a previous company for a few years but grew tired of their constant selling up. A neighbor recommended them so  I contacted them and they were quick to send the info on their company and the cost and various plans they offer.   I decided to try them and couldn't be happier. Their technician - Melvin - was here today  and besides being very courteous he was more importantly - Knowledgeable. He took more time going over our 2 units then anyone ever has. He explained everything he was doing and even found that one of our UV lights- that the other company said needed replacement - was simply left unplugged from previous inspection. Shows me they are an ethical company . I would hardily recommend Modern Mechanical.
