I've been going here for about 7 years. They are the best! Always kind and always do a great job on my nails. If you want yours to last longer try getting gel!

I really cant understand the negative reviews. I have been a customer since they opened about 7 years ago. I am extremely picky and the have always satisfied! everyone there is so sweet and kind. You couldn't pay me to go anywhere else. Clean, professional, talented and welcoming!

Had my nails done by a woman who did not understand one word I was speaking to her. I asked to please be very careful, because my skin is thin, sensitive and that I cut really easily. Well she started up her drill.... looked the other way to be "nosy" into another conversation, and the sharp drill hit the tip of my finger and scared the s**t out of me !! I asked the Manager to please relay my message to her again. She then looked at me with a glare that continued during my entire service. 

She continued to "slip" with the drill a few more times and left me with visible tiny cuts. When she used the emery board, she filed my skin....more than my nails. I yanked my fingers back and said "pleaseeeeeeee be careful". After all my injuries, she painted my nails and did not let them dry enough before she put the Gel coat on (that I paid an extra $5.00) for. By the next morning, my nails had cracked and looked like a road map. I went back, showed the Manager and he had the SAME GIRL FIX MY NAILS BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WAS AVAILABLE. Needless to say..... I was not happy. She did a decent job the 2nd time, but I could tell she was mad (because I'm assuming the Manager scolded her). 

SHAME ON THE MANAGERS FOR NOT HIRING PEOPLE WHO CAN COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND REPRESENT THEIR SHOP WITH PRIDE. THIS RUDE, UNCARING WORKER COST THEM A GOOD CUSTOMER.
