Owner was very rude and unprofessional. I tried using my living social voucher and she said I cannot use it anymore because I used their service before. She became very aggressive and threatening to me telling me to pay her without using the voucher . What really irritated me was she told me that " some customers tried to fool her by going to her salon and tried to use multiple vouchers, as if like i was one of them. Based on her own " policy " , these vouchers could only be used once . Living social stated in their policy that voucher can be repurchased every 180 days. This spa owner should revisit the terms and conditions of living social/Groupon services. I will never go back to this horrible place.

My manicurist was the ONLY bright spot in this establishment. While she was nice and pleasant, it should never take an hour and forty minutes for a basic mani/pedi. I went with a friend who was left by her manicurist half way through her treatment. She sat, waiting, for 10 minutes before another girl came and took over. There was a woman who appeared to be in charge, I believe her name was Dija. The things she said to her client were tasteless and beyond unprofessional. I'm not one to leave a bad review, but this was legitimately the worst salon experience I've ever had.

I had a TERRIBLE Experience with the owner of DKY Salon and Spa,So first off, you may ONLY be seen by appointment so I called several times for 2 days trying to get one.No one ever answered and I Never got a call back so I decided to drive out there, the owner then proceeded to tell my that it mustve been my phone service that was bad, i had to show her my call registry so that she believed me and took me in. I got a basic mani/pedi which by the way, my manicurist was Amazing!! But once I had to pay I presented my Groupon gift that my husband bought for me and she said she wouldnt accept it because Ive been there before. I proceeded to explain that Ive never used a Groupon there and that I was a loyal customer. The Groupon should say "for new customers ONLY". She got very agressive and told me that she wouldnt make business off of the groupon so that I needed to call Groupon to get a refund and still charged me $5 more than the price of the Groupon. This was very unprofessional. I didnt think u get punished for being a loyal customer! What a headache! Left a sour taste in my mouth

Don't go to this business verry rude people.. I called to make a app. I was told could not use the groupon gift i was giving for my birthday cause i have been there 3years ago.. For rude i asked for a manger never got 1.. Save ur money and go eles where. Lady on the phone yelling at me wow unbelievable.. So i guess my husband wasted money on the groupon cause i cant use it.. STAY AWAY TOO ALL NO GOOD VERY BAD SERVICE..... I WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS BUT IT WOULDN'T LET ME...
