I entered the Real Estate Industry with a single mission in mind: to provide an updated real estate relationship to home sellers and buyers, centered on today’s technologies and evolved real estate model, in order to accelerate home sales and allow a seller to keep more of his investment and a buyer to get a better deal.

Bottom line: the internet and associated tools have dramatically changed the real estate sales model, but one thing remains unchanged - sellers looking to sell their home and get as good of a return on their investment as possible, and buyers looking to buy a home and feel good about the deal they got... quickly.

My single-focused goal is to partner with you in an unprecedented way to help you maximize all of the benefits and utility of today’s real estate internet technologies, in order to sell your home or find your dream home quickly and with allowing YOU to keep more of your investment vs. paying me a huge commission.

My commissions are completely negotiable, and can be either a flat fee or a small percentage. We will lay out an individualized sales and marketing plan for YOU to help maximize your investment in your home.
