I love Moe’s. We order online about half the time and the other half go in. The reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because last time we ordered online we got the moo moo for my son and they didn’t include his cookie or his drink. And the time before that when we ordered online they put jalepeno and cilantro on my husbands burrito (and mine) when it was only supposed to go on mine. My husband can not handle any kind of spice, so it was unpleasant for him. Other than that, I love Moe’s!!

Not bad quality but very stingy with portions. Charge 12.50 for a bowl and only got half a spoonful of meat.

Slow service. Ordered online and food was not ready by pick-up time. They had not even started preparing the order when I got there and had to wait about 20 additional minutes. What's the point of ordering online if they start preparing your order when you get there at their own appointed pick-up time?

I would (and do) drive to Waterford to get Moe's because it's much better there. Why would I make such a claim? Well, I go to Moe's a lot, order the same thing everytime, and I go to different Moe's depending on where I am. I've been to this Moe's in Groton around 5 times and the Moe's in Waterford around 15 times. I won't use this reveiw to brag on the Waterford Moe's, but I will say that out of those 15 times that I have been to the Waterford Moe's, I have only recieved cold queso, cold veggies, or stale chips twice. At the Moe's in Groton, I have recieved stale chips three of those times, cold veggies twice, and cold queso once. The only time I've recieved a 100% quality meal was the first time I came in. The staff is usually fairly nice and knows what they should be doing, but they never seem like they care what customers think until there's a problem. I've never gotten my order wrong at this Moe's, which is difficult since you tell staff what to put on your food, but I felt it was worth noting. In close, hopefully these problems are addressed. I love Moe's and would never leave a bad review at a Moe's, but I felt like I needed to voice my opinion on why I drive the extra 8 minutes(ish) to go to a different Moe's. I will not be returning to this Moe's, but I wish the staff the best.
